Detox is not an easy thing to enter into. Usually the circumstances have been tough if that is where you need to head. But, if you need to go through the process, you want to have the best experience during such a tough time in your life. I had no idea what to expect in detox but I found my experience so much more than detoxing my body. I learned so much about my disease and ways you can turn your life around and start living life like it is supposed to be lived. Liberty Bay Medical and Clinical staff were so professional and caring throughout the entire stay. The facility also is super clean and comfortable and the food was great as well. I hope I do not have to come back and I get my life on the right track but if I had to go another time I would choose Liberty Bay again.

I highly recommend Liberty Bay to anyone struggling with addiction. The staff was great, the accommodations comfortable and the food was plentiful. The group and one-on-one sessions with the counselors was both eye opening as well as intense. Needless to say that Liberty Bay has put me on a path to recovery. They've saved my life and I couldn't have done this without them.

For many years our family has lived with the pain and fear of addiction. Thanks in large part to The Liberty Bay Recovery Program and the amazing care and dedication of its therapists and counselors, for the first time in many years our family is celebrating Thanksgiving as a family —healthy and sober. Anyone who has dealt with addiction knows that there is no “cure”. Similarly, there is no program that can “guarantee” that your loved one will stay sober forever. However, based on our experience with many different programs over the years, Liberty Bay is truly special. This is not a “one size fits all” program. The therapists work with each individual and this work is uniquely based on the this individual’s own history and personal issues. This gives them more understanding of themselves and an ability to grow and learn from this understanding. The Therapeutic Community model encourages and requires honesty, self examination, communication and responsibility. Just as importantly, our loved ones learn about their obligation and opportunity of honesty and communication with others and the strength that comes from this community. Liberty Bay teaches and instills a sense of community that is critical to moving forward. Liberty Bay’s Therapeutic Community program is truly unique. But its effectiveness is achieved only through the incredible dedication, commitment and love given to each client that attends. Every person you come in contact with at Liberty Bay cares deeply and intensely about giving your loved one the chance to recover and then re-enter the community at large. Our children have not only learned the tools of how to stay sober but have worked hard to get to know who they are. Not only did they gain sobriety but they also gained confidence and strength in the community that is Liberty Bay. When your loved one is willing to take steps toward sobriety, Liberty Bay will give them the foundation to build a sober and meaningful life going forward. We could not be more thankful to Liberty Bay. We are so proud of the hard work our children have done to get where they are and we are so thankful to see them happy.

Going to Liberty Bay for Recovery was the best decision I ever made. It's been 2 years & 3 months since my Recovery began and my life has changed drastically for the better due to the Treatment I received from all the staff at Liberty Bay. I have rebuilt my relationships with my family and it's never been better, I am involved in their lives daily. My work & financial situation has greatly improved as well and due to my efforts I was recently promoted to a Supervisor position. If you are ready for change and willing to do the WORK Liberty Bay is the place for you. They are SOOOO GOOD at what they do and know the best plan for you to help you combat addiction. I really can’t put into words what Liberty Bay did for me. I was so blessed to end up there. I got exactly what I needed. The program is unlike any other I have experienced. I saw miracles happen almost everyday. There is true love and care from all the staff. I will forever be grateful for Liberty Bay Recovery Center. They truly showed me a new way of life. I was taught so many things from cooking at the girls house in my first 90 days to just being a honest responsible working citizen again. It may sound silly but as addicts we loose all morals and just forget how to live life, and Liberty Bay picks you up and puts you back together. The 12 steps and a higher power kept it all together for me, but the staff at Liberty Bay truly took the time to help me fight my demons that kept me going back to the drug.

I have been to over 10 different treatment facilities over the past few years in my addiction and I can easily say Liberty Bay is by far the best. instead of surface level usual stuff that happens in treatment at LB they get to the route of the problem. The staff genuinely cares about every client and im extremely grateful for everything they have done for me.

As a former main-phase client and New York resident, Liberty Bay RC has been the first and ONLY treatment center I have been admitted to. The IOP program has changed my life! I am grateful to say that I am currently a man in recovery now residing in Maine starting a new way of life in sobriety.

Liberty Bay is practically impossible to describe. Due to it being my first rehab I attended I wasn"t at all sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. They deal with the true underlying issues to why a person abuses alcohol and substances. The staff consists of people in recover which I feel is very fortunate. It's easy for just anyone to try and help with your recovery but to have people that have been where you have been and dealt with is a key opponent why LB is successful. With the therapeutic it brings a different aspect to rehabs and allows you to build intimate relationships with the peers around you, for myself has never been easy and healthy relationships are a huge part in recover. I highly recommend this treatment center to any and all and cant even begin to describe how grateful I am for Nate and Jasmine along with their clinical staff they put together. My life will never be the same.

I must say that this place has changed my life all for the better. If i never came to this place i would not be where i'am at today. I have honestly never been this happy in my life and have never felt so much love in one place. Everyone is so helpful. I'm so grateful to all the staff/ house mangers that showed me when i was going backwards and demanding change. i can honestly say that this was the best experience i have yet to to do in my life.. After completing the main phase of the program i have friends i stay close with. I have a full time job. Also i have a honest relationship with my family. Best of all i have my kids back in my life. I have been to many recovery based treatment centers, but none have warranted the praise that I have for Liberty Bay! When I first heard about Liberty Bay I was concerned and intimidated, this was just another treatment facility that really didn't care about me they just wanted my money. My first day I quickly found out that that was not the case. I found a family, people who really cared about my well being and my health, they cared about Conor. From clinical to house managers, support staff and the men and women in recovery who are making this difficult journey with me through recovery; the love, care and concern is prevalent. I cant justify enough the immense love I have for this community here at Liberty Bay. Liberty Bay is my home!

As I sit here and trying to formulate words of gratitude for Liberty Bay and it's staff, i realize there isn't any amount of words that could cover it. The unprecedented level of commitment and love the staff shows is unlike any other place out there. I often find myself saying you wont find any other treatment like this out there. With an intensive 90 days main phase, 6 month long aftercare and highly individualized treatment programs based less on the substance abuse and more on behaviors, traumas, and thinking patterns, this place really does facilitate miracles. And i couldn't possibly write this without giving thanks to the owners Nate and Jasmine, who's compassion and true dedication for helping others has saved my life and shown me true happiness.

Liberty Bay has opened doors for my life in which I could not see possible before attending treatment there. The staff is beyond dedicated to the treatment of their clients and the results show in each and every one of the faces that have found a new freedom, and a new happiness. Many of those faces I call my bestfriends today. Liberty Bay uses community to build self worth and accountability. I now face the world a strong woman in recovery, and a successful functioning member of society.

All I have to say about this place is wow! Miracles happen within the walls of liberty bay. Being here the past 3 months has given me a new attitude and outlook upon life. This is the third rehab I have been to and after completing the program I strongly believe it will be my last one. They have given me a new meaning on the word family and I know I will be very close with all the people I have gone through with for a long time. The staff is amazing and know what they are doing, they put a lot of time and effort into helping each person individually but also in a group setting. If you decide to come here you will not be disappointed in your decision.

Nate and Jasmine are incredible people with hearts of service. Nate was the first person I met in my own journey and he has impacted my life in such a way that I am eternally grateful. These people will make you feel at home and love you until you can learn to love yourself!

It is nearly 16 months that my daughter, Molly, entered treatment at Cascade Heights in Spokane. She has been sober this entire time and has worked hard to maintain that. Without your help back in Sept. 2015, I don’t think it would ever have happened. It is very possible that my daughter would not be alive today if not for your intervention. I remember that Monday, Sept. 28 very well. Molly was desperate to find a treatment option and we felt powerless trying to help her. I remembered reading an article about Operation Hope at the Scarborough Police Dept. I found the name of your treatment facility in the article and quickly called Liberty Bay hoping this would be the kind of place we were looking for. I was crushed when you told me that you were a men only facility. But you said you had a sister facility in Washington state and that you would fly her out there if she was ready to go. . The idea of her traveling all the way across country was almost out of the question. I remember you being so supportive and helpful that it seemed too good to be true. Molly agreed to go which took an unbelievable amount of courage and faith on her part. After visiting your place that day, I took her to the airport and she started her journey. It is a journey that she is till on and will be for a long time, I believe. It is a journey that you helped start. Looking back, it comes as close to a miracle as I’ve ever seen. You helped to make that happen and Molly, her mother and I want you to know that we will never forget you for that.

Nate is an amazing person he personally opened up a woman's sober living in Prescott, AZ that I stayed at for 9 months of my recovery. I truly do not know if I would be a sober woman with a beautiful life today without the opportunity and support he gave me. I am happy to know that he opened a treatment center because of all the other people he will be able to help. Some people are just born with the gift of helping others, and that is Nate. I recommend to anyone reading this to get in touch with Nate and Jasmine if you want recovery to work with you or a family member. These people don't just look at you as a number they look at you as a human being worth saving. I promise! These are amazing people who turn broken people into people with a purpose!

I came into Liberty Bay feeling hopeless that anything would ever change for me, I had accepted that that was my life and nothing was ever going to change that. I had battled with a drug addiction for 6 years before I was lucky enough to end up here. These past 90 days have changed my life drastically for the better. The staff and over all community feel like a home and a family. I have never been so thankful for anything as I am for Liberty Bay I truly believe this Recovery Community is the best thing that ever happened to me and would encourage anyone wanting a new, better, brighter life to do this program.

This treatment was very good. It helped me learn about addiction and how to overcome it. The clinical staff and community members are awesome, and the houses are comfortable to live in. They helped me learn the right way to live and the things I need to do in order to stay clean. This treatment is great for all age groups, and helps you succeed in life.
