the food was very good and the waitress was very nice. Slow service was the problem. we waited about 5 minutes before anyone even noticed that we were there waiting to be seated. We waited another 5 minutes to get our drinks. Wait another 10 minutes for them to take our order. And then we waited about a half an hour for our food.
The beer was excellent and so was the food but our waitress was horrible! Such a shame to enjoy everything and have crappy service! We had to wait forever to order another beer and she just couldn't have been bothered but of course when she dropped off the check she played miss nicey nice. Prices are reasonable and overall its a great place but hopefully this lady will find work elsewhere.
The bar and host staff were excellent. However, when we got to our table, our server took our order and disappeared for 40 minutes. We attempted to flag her down and get more to drink, but she did not return to our table until someone else brought our food order. The food and beer were great! Service could be improved.
For me the it's always how the calamari is cooked so, I order this first. It was good, not rubbery at all just a bit bland in flavor and lacking in spices. The beer selection was very good. We tried three different selections on tap and none disappointed. Dessert was dry and I would skip next time and choose another drink selection instead. The staff here was extremely pleasant and I was overly impressed when I saw two staff members go out of their way to make a diner comfortable who had a broken leg. You don't see that too often anywhere.
The service was great and the food was even better. You have to try the naked Lobster Roll, fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere was so comfortable.
Had not been to Sea Dog since the night they opened. I was so glad I went back to give them another try!! The food is much better but I have to say, the bartender MADE the night! He kept us all laughing and really made the night fun!
Stopped in here this January for some good burgers. Was not disappointed. Great garlic burger and BBQ burger. Also ordered a flight of beer with great results. I didn't give it five stars because the sides weren't very appetizing. The mashed potatoes are very dry and the mac n cheese was very mushy.
